Training

I give training courses on personal leadership and team development.

Reflecting on your own behaviour and examining its effect on yourself and on others is central to all the training courses I offer.

Many of these training courses are organized cooperation with ITIP, to which I'm affiliated. For more information see www.itip.nl.

My courses are often used as a support for organizational development and cultural change. When these are in process, there is a need and/or desire to do things differently. All the training courses I offer are tailor-made.

The customization can result in training programs on:

Personal leadership

Programmes for employees who want to highlight their potential and their qualities, so that they can develop and use these in their work. In personal leadership, it is you yourself who takes control and who assumes more responsibility for who you are and what you do.

Leadership development

I organize programmes for leaders who want to use their inspiration and their own individuality as a starting point. Although every individual in an organization can make a difference, this is particularly true of executives. This is why I really love working with executives: they embody the beginning of change and play a substantial and exemplary role in this.

Inspiration in your work

These programmes focus on work and career. It is all about what energizes and inspires you as well as about what hinders you.

Sometimes it's time to look at your work and to ask yourself whether you are still in the right job. This question may be motivated by changes at work, but also because something in you has changed.

Team building

All my life I have been fascinated by teams: groups of individuals who work together and who achieve results through their individuality and their own special qualities. It's wonderfull if teams are successful! And how frustrating if they aren't Is there potential, but is it not being realized? If collaboration is difficult or the mutual relationship has been damaged, it may well be time for team coaching. In team programmes, I mainly look at the "undercurrent" to what is going on.
