Coaching

There may be many different reasons why people turn to a coach. You may recognize yourself in one of the following situations:

  • You have experienced a major event at work or in your private life that has thrown you off balance.
  • You have a gnawing feeling of dissatisfaction but you can't put your finger on what it is.
  • You have been feeling anxious, uncertain or stressed (with many additional complaints) and you don't know how to change this.
  • Your supervisor has told you to see a coach so that your work output improves, or so that you can stay on in your job.
  • You have noticed that you find little inspiration in your work or in your existence, and you cannot find a solution on your own.

In short: you have reached a point in your life where old patterns no longer work and where your beliefs seem to have reached their expiry date. And additionally, you are looking for new answers.

In my coaching I will look with you. Together, we will explore underlying feelings, convictions, causes and blockages.

I will wholeheartedly search with you for new answers that allow you to move on. Coaching can help you to live your life more in your own way and to give room to your own being, so that you can thrive and prosper.

I do this by talking with you, asking you questions and telling you the things that strike me, in a down-to-earth and caring fashion. I often use experiential exercises so that we can go beyond what you already consciously know or are aware of.

Your subconscious mind and your body often contain a wealth of information and wisdom to help you find new answers (sometimes in a surprising way).
